Well I got my first "You can't eat bread? THAT'S why you're so skinny!" comment. My figure is due to lucky genes....I don't eat bread because it murders my insides lol there's quite a difference. I had to just post it here to have a laugh.

Very good point. I've never had diarrhea as a symptom at all but had a confirmed (through biopsy) diagnosis. LOL And the dumbass doctor when I asked him a celiac related question said: "Well it sounds like you've researched it more than me." YOU'RE A DOCTOR! -facepalm-

Sorry to hear that 1398_Days. I've been looking into making my own potato chips which should be an interesting endeavor. There are lots of recipes for them out there, might be something to look into.

I had been eating gluten free after the blood test (having gone back on gluten two months before my endoscopy) so it should hopefully be an easy transition back though I must admit having had the official diagnosis now I will be A LOT more diligent about it.
