  1. Classic Lays and some flavored varieties are certified gluten-free. Baked Lays are not. They are made from some sort of potato purée, as are Pringles chips. Frito Lay does an outstanding job of labeling, usually on the back of the bag in the lower right. Lays BBQ chips are not gluten-free as they contain malt.
