  1. They said something like mold arises when rice flour becomes wet when it comes from the freezer, even when it's in cooked items. That may cause stomach issues. Which I still experience being on gluten free & I bake all the time with the brown rice flour that I keep in the freezer..I'm so confused
  2. Just read that freezing rice flour is not good, i have 2 very large bags in the freezer, is it too late to take out & store in a tight container?? I hate to throw out
