Well, for me I never know I had Celiac till I got severely sick and was hospitalized for 4 days. By a colonoscopy I discovered I had latent Celiac disease meaning beginning stage of it. All my life I wondered why I had severe stomach aches after pizza or any bread but now I know. Since that my health has been better and my stomach is better...
