Hi! I am new to gluten-free living and am really struggling. I live in New Zealand and am a fan of the China Study (since I am also DF), but the China Study isn't gluten-free. I am not allowed Oats, Almonds, Dairy, Eggs or Gluten...yay! ;-) My first question is: instead of Whole Wheat PAstry Flour I shoul dbe able to use Sorghum and Tapioca...
