    i am the mother of a gluten-free child. he is not celiac, rather, he is anaphylactic (severely allergic to wheat and other gluten)<br /><br />we discovered this when he was 10 months old and had his first serving of mixed baby cereal. i have created a blog that shares tips and ideas on how to raise a gluten-free child in a world full of gluten!

    i appreciate all of the responses to the van's waffle questions! are there any great tasting gluten-free waffles in the market?

    we are traveling to israel with our 3 kids...one of them is severely allergic to gluten. does anyone have any restaurant or other food suggestions? just thinking of packing his food and anticipation the bag getting lost is giving me major anxiety. maybe i should send a fed ex ahead of time. that could be expensive though...

    our 9 year old son is not celiac, rather he is severely allergic to wheat and barley. specifically he is anaphylactic. when he was a baby he ate vans waffles. now i noticed the "made in a facility that also makes wheat products." has anyone had a bad reaction to vans waffles?

    hi! i noticed on the mi-del website thay they have oreos and mint oreos. their statement says, "made in a facility that also makes wheat /gluten products" has anyone ever had a bad reaction to mi-del cookies, specififcally the oreos?
