Can't get an image to work. But at the moment it is flaring up again, very red with tiny bumps/blisters all over.

I tried adding a photo, guess it didn't work. Yes, it is only on one hand.

I've had this rash on my hand for a good 6 months. This is it looking a lot better than before. It has little blister like pockets that puss if squeezed. And the itch is so intense that it hurts. I have stopped eating gluten, except two accidental encounters a couple weeks ago. I can't get to a doctor to get it checked so was wondering if anyone here thinks...
