  1. I'm studying in Aix en Provence for the next few months, and I'm looking for things to eat for lunch that are quick and cheap. I've found restaurants that are gluten-free, but they're a little pricey. Has anyone been there/have any suggestions? I've thought about just buying cheese and meat and eating lunch like that, but I'm also trying to find other options...
  2. I've been eating a lot of rice, certified gluten-free pasta, gluten-free oats, chicken, veggies, eggs, cheese and some other dairy products. I've tried cutting dairy out of my diet, and I felt worse than when I was eating it, so I reintroduced it. I'm a little discouraged and tired of feeling gross all the time, and I have an appointment with a GI doctor...
  3. I have been gluten free since my diagnosis 6 months ago. I'm really careful about cross contamination, but my symptoms have gotten worse, not better over the last few months.
