Hi, my family and I coming to South Africa in December. Please could you let me know which shops in Central Johannesburg sell gluten-free foods - eg breads, pasta, crackers. We are also visiting Cape Town and will be staying in Claremont. Which nearby shops sell gluten free products? With many thanks Helen
