  1. you have to try The Gluten Free Gourmet like everyone else is recommending. I am a regular baker and come from many generations of bakers and love it. It is an investment to do gluten free baking yourself and it is time consuming, however it is rewarding. I found when I was not baking gluten-free I would messup and eat stuff out in restaurants and bakeries...
  2. I am certain that I have problems with gluten, however I am not sure if I should actually go through with the tests and have the outcome affect my future insurance costs. Has this disease affected anyones insurance? Can I go without knowing for sure? Or do I need to get all of the tests to be sure there isn't anything else that is complicating matters...
