I just wanted to update all of you on the wonderful gluten free bakery I found in Phoenix, AZ. They not only baked my wedding cake but it tasted SO good. I ordered a chocolate cake with chocolate/raspberry ganache filling. The outside of the cake was done in an almond buttercream. I added the flowers to it and they did the rest. If any of you are... -

I'm looking for a good gluten free bakery in the Phoenix area to possibly bake my wedding cake for early September. I'm getting married in Flagstaff in a couple of months and I was wondering if anyone knew of a gluten free bakery in the phoenix, scottsdale, flagstaff area, etc? I found one place online in Phoenix but I'm not sure if their cakes taste good and I'd rather have a personal recommendation. Any help would be appreciated!
