That is interesting because I noticed that I also get headaches from certain types of gluten free flours that are corn flour based. I will follow up with a GP and a naturopathic doctor for solutions to potentially alleviate these symptoms.

Thank you for the insight! It seems as though my headaches are getting more intense over the years. I have to avoid certain restaurants unfortunately. Do any of you eat oats at all? I wonder if I am sensitive to oats.

I am wondering if anyone else experiences headaches from cross-contamination or small amounts of gluten? I have been gluten-free for over 10 years, but in the last year or two I have experienced headaches closer to migraines from cross-contamination. If this isn't very common, then perhaps I need to see my physician to find out what else could be contributing...
