Dear PO'd: I was recently diagnosed, as well. And while I would love nothing more than to sink my teeth into a delicious bear claw, what stops me dead in my tracks is this thought: "If I eat that, I am going to damage my small intestine." That seems to work for me, knowing that I am causing irreparable harm to my precious intestine. It has suffered enough...
