    Hi all, I'm new here, so I don't know if this conversation has been around before, but I was just wondering what the general reaction time is once gluten is ingested? I don't know if I'm celiac or have NCGS or whatever, but I know that after I went off of wheat/gluten and dairy last June, I've pretty much stopped getting really bad stomach/intestinal...
