Thank you all. I'm going to do some more digging online, but if anyone else knows of ANY place please post. I appreciate everyone's input.

I'm traveling over to the US from the UK in May and will be doing a West Coast road trip from Seattle to LA along the 101 and 1. Does anyone have any recommendations on where to eat (restaurants, bakeries, food carts, etc) that are 100% gluten free? I've been able to find many places for Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, etc (the cities), but nothing...
