I had skin prick tests and reacted to 16 food items. I have an allergic reaction to eating these foods. Over the passed year and a half, I have had to do the elimination diet to see what (if any) reaction to these foods I have when eaten. I am definitely allergic to rice now. I have been diagnosed with multiple food allergies as well as celiac disease. Is there anyone else who cannot eat rice too? Just when I got the celiac diet down to a science, I now cannot eat rice, milk, eggs and 13 other foods. How do I begin to bake vegan, gluten free and rice free ?
