Hi there, I'm new here but thought this would be good place to ask for advice. I gave up gluten a few months ago after an interesting interview with Jordan B Peterson. Linked below. i was also amazed to have had similar results I have had long term depression for as long as I can remember and after giving up gluten it just slowly went away...
