Hey everyone! New poster here (have been stalking the forum for years!) I was diagnosed 6 years ago. Back then I was super sensitive. I would react from most restaurants and eating at other people's home. I had to get new pots/pans etc. So needless to say for the first 3-4 years I ate almost exclusively at home because I lived in fear. But as you all...
