I can converse at a basic level but relatives who are Okinawan and live here were supposed to help me (they do not speak English). I also have a printout in kana and kanji explaining my dietary restrictions. @crazymurdock Only meds I am on right now are nasal sprays in the AM, prednisone and topical Dapsone. I am also taking prescription VSL#3. I don’t take calcium or magnesium at the same time as meds, vitamins or iron.
