Thank you for all of these suggestions to consider in the coming week. I hadn't considered that he could be coming into contact with gluten at school, whether that be through art supplies or not...all things to think about. Hello, My 10 year old son has been doing well on a gluten-free diet for almost two years. He also showed some intolerance to dairy but we have not eliminated dairy (he eats cheese and yogurt). Thank you for your support! My son seemed better this morning (eyes didn't have the glazed over, opiate look from gluten) and he and I were able to talk about yesterday and what happened. I do believe it was the sour cream flavor on the chips that led to this. He has also shown intolerance to potatoes and nightshades so we stay away from those. And, like... -
