ARCHIVED Blood test done now what are the next steps?

I have had bloating, gas, nausea, exhaustion, anxiety, stomach pain (varying intensity), and stool issues. I went to the doctor and they did the blood tests. Endo IgA- negative TTG - 1 Gliadin IgA and IgG- positive high for antibodies (20 and 24) I can't get into gastro until the end of July. What do you think they will recommend...
