About Me
I am currently and Msc student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, studying the aquaculture.  I seem to always have stomach issues but it wasn't until 2017 that I tied it to gluten, about a year after my sister found out about her sensitivity. My doctor thought it was lactose intolerance first and I gave up dairy for a few weeks and no changes in how I felt. About a week after giving up gluten I started feeling better, though I have a habit of accidentally glutening myself. I found this site while Googling a gluten question and decided it was a site that I needed to be a part of and that it would help my journey through this new life style change. Â

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew is Vaseline intensive care body lotions and lip therapy products were gluten free. From the ingredient lists online I cannot see anything that stands out but I wanted to make sure before I start using them again. Since I have gone gluten free I gave up everything, even using body lotions, but my skin and lips misses it so... -

Thanks, I live in Newfoundland Canada, and there are not a lot of options for gluten free food. I keep hearing it is much better than it used to be. PC also does smokies which are gluten free, it is wrote right on the front of the package. I am going to try them instead. I really do like having a hot dog on the bbq every now and then. -

Hi does anyone know if PC Free From Hot dog weiners are gluten free? From the ingredients it looks like they are, but everytime I eat them I get very gassy, it doesn't feel like a full on gluten episode. Could there be cross contamination? Anyone know of any gluten free hotdogs that I could buy instead, I don't want to giveup my grilled dogs this... -

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew if red rose tea bags were gluten free? I have been drinking this tea for years now and the past few weeks I have not been able to drink it. I get cramps in my lower abdomen and this morning I got nauseated. I was wondering if this is something to do with the tea? -
I know this is a really old post but has there been any new developments in this area? I am new to the gluten free world and last night I had a glass of my favourite wine (Riunite Bianco) and I got really sick and was still sick when I woke up. I just emailed the company and will post when I get a response, but wanted to know if there are some guaranteed...
