Hello, I am so relieved to be reading this post. I really thought I was losing my mind. I just had fried chicken from a take-out and pretty sure the batter had gluten. 5 minutes later I was in excruciating pain!! Still am:( I haven't been tested but amtrying to eat grain free as per recommendation of book: No Grain, No Pain.
