ARCHIVED When to stop eating gluten

My blood results have come back positive to celiac . I can't get into my doctor till end of month and probably another month before an endoscopy . My question is do I start excluding gluten from by diet now or should I go and see another doctor earlier and wait till I have results from biopsy.
