Thanks everyone.. I'm from Peterborough, On.. I looked into the Canadian Celiac Ass., but the chapter in Peterborough doesn't seem very active... Is there somewhere on here for Canadians?? Anyone from around me any food/restaurant/etc. suggestions.. Thanks again everyone... I'm having a really tough time with this.

Hey all... I am very recently diagnosed, and have tried for 2 weeks to be gluten free, however the more I read the harder it seems to get, you have to check EVERYTHING its not just as easy as wheat, barley, and rye. I just can't figure what I can eat, what are good substitutes how I'm going to give up my favorite foods for good, easy restaurant eating, all...
