Hi! I'm Newly diagnosed, always had suspicions and avoided gluten- but now I'm being super careful to cut it all out. I take ESP pre and it only says it's prepared in a factory that processes wheats etc. but my tum feels all wrong after it and I crash, like a drooling mess and nap hard after I've had it (maybe just the crash- who knows) anyhow ... has anyone...
