My boyfriend was diagnosed with celiac sprue as an infant. He remembers eating gluten-free foods as a child, but once he entered his teenage years his family sort of stopped focusing on it. He really doesn't know that much about it at all. He has no symptoms whatsoever, but I know that doesn't mean anything. I want to try and get him to see a specialist...
