  1. Hi, This is to answer some of the manufacturer's comments. I work at a commerical bakery that produces "health" foods for the health food stores across the country. We make gluten free products that are made in a facility that also uses spelt and wheat flour. We are a small bakery that most batches are about 150 pound in size.
