This has been a real problem for me too. I work full time, am a nursing nursing and have a young daughter. I am always on the run. When I didnt have time to pack lunch (and sometimes) dinner, I ended up at the vending machines getting corn chips. I gained probably 15 pounds in a very short period of time. Well, I have cut that out and am exercising regularly...
