  1. Hi! I'm also on armour with 'burnt out' adrenal glands. The armous is seemingly perfect for me, but i keep going to have it checked about every six weeks. as for the adrenals, though, thats a bit trickier. my homeopathic/natural doctor has told me to take this supplement which is supposedly good for them. Open Original Shared Link i dont know...
  2. Just a note about the fibromyalgia... I feel really really better when I am on magnesium and malic acid. That might be something for you and yours to try to feel better. My back is a LOT better when i take it. This is what Im taking 2 2x a day: Open Original Shared Link Sometimes I get frustrated that everything seems related, but its not clear...
  3. I'm really sorry that you're having such a rough time with how you're feeling. The one thing that jumps out at me is that you are eating a lot of starchy food. Rice and potatoes are pretty starchy. Have you considered eating plain meat and plain veggies for a few days to see if that might help you out? I find that I feel best when I eat chicken and...
  4. So the antibodies don't mean its in your blood stream.... Yea, I did get diagnosed by a half traditiona/half homeopathic doctor. I didn't realize that. Hmm.. What's the point of all the antifungal junk I'm taking then? You seem to think its just gluten intolerance. Maybe after I do my anti-candida diet for awhile, I'll be able to go back...
  5. I'm gluten intolerant with negative blood work as well. Just do it, i say, go gluten free for a month and see if things get any better. Proof is in the pudding, sometimes, not just in the blood!
  6. I just wanted to share with everyone my experiences. I was never officially diagnosed with gluten intolerance, but after a mini gluten challenge, i now know myself to be gluten intolerant. What i was officially diagnosed with via an antibody test was systemic candida. Its a yeast overgrowth in the gut and eventaully into the blood stream. This...
  7. My visit to the doc today was good. My thyroid meds are correct and my levels are good. The blood test for gluten intolerance came back negative, but that wasnt too surprising to me, i still had the resolve to continue on the gluten free way of living anyway. but the thing that kicked my a$$ so to speak was the fact that i have candida. i also...
  8. Yea, i figured that it was a sort of gluten challenge. the reason i think im gluten intolerant/celiac is that i have hypothyroid and fibromyalgia. I also have blood markers for rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. My mom is really bad off with hypoT, lupus, arthritis and just in general she is always miserable. I don't want to be like her when i grow up...
  9. I'm still new to this whole celiac disease, gluten free thing and I did something really stupid yesterday. See, I haven't been officially diagnosed, and sometimes I feel like I'm a hypochondriac thinking I'm gluten intolerant when I just can't lose weight and am tired... you know, finding something to BLAME it on instead of just taking responsibility for...
  10. Do I have it all right, is that why noone is adding anything? Was it too long? Am I too impatient? Probably a bit of all of the above.
  11. Hi everyone. I haven't been officially diagnosed yet, but I'm going to my doctor next week to get the results of some bloodwork. Ive decided that even if the diagnosis of celiacs isnt made then, I'm still going gluten free. Why you ask? Im hypothyroid and fibromyalgia. Im overweight and nothing i do will take the weight off. im only 24. i dont have...
