I have been diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and Celiac Disease. My sleep apnea has only recenly been diagnosed. I am scheduled to see a doctor in another week to discuss my options. I think I will be sleeping with a CPAP. I have gained weight lately, but with the sleep apnea am so tired during the day and after working all day it is hard to come home and exercise...
