So I found out that Joe C (the 3'9" rapper that toured with Kid Rock) was actually a celiac and that is the reason his growth was stunted. I looked it up on wikipedia and other sites and it said that he had to take pills and get dialysis because of his disease and he eventually died due to complications with celiac.
