I wanted to add: have you tried any alternative medicines? Like NAET.com? My friend tried this for her very,veryvery allergic son and it worked. Are you working with a lactation consultant with the pumping issues? This could prove to be invaluable. Also check out LLLI.org forum on breastfeeding very ill children.
