I've searched the posts on this forum, but I can't seem to find a good answer to this question. I was diagnosed with DH four years ago, and started on a high dapsone dosage together with the gluten-free diet. I stepped my dapsone dose down over time and haven't taken any for about five months. I believe I'm pretty good about the gluten-free diet...
