My sister is naturopathic doctor and at her advise I cut all gluten from my diet. Boy did I feel better initially for a couple of days. Then about a week or so into the detox I began experienced heart palpitations, flushing face, fluttering within my chest and weirdly flaky facial skin. What are peoples thoughts on these. Is it part of the gluten detox...
