Hi there, new to the forum, and just wanted to reply to this post. I have celiac, but it isn't gluten that normally gives me other problems such as depression or angry outbursts. It is chemical exposures that cause those problems. For example, exposure to spray cleaning chemicals in the home will make me feel weak, my joints sore, and have fits of anger...
