Background: I have IBS, I have had problems my whole life and was diagnosed through colonoscopy. I get heartburn to some breads, and pretzels, mini-wheats, and triscuits give me gas. Okay, I searched through some previous poop questions but I didn't see an answer to my question. My bm's are at the moment totally normal.
