i have a question about fiber......my son is 3 years old and used to take benefiber til they changed the formulation. i now give him psyllium but it is a pain to get him to take it. it's too thick and gritty and he is a fusspot. "mama, you wrecked my juice!" soooo, is fibersure safe for wheat/gluten sensitive people? the label says inulin from chicory...
