Hello everybody, I made a good chocolate cake at work today and i thought you'd might like it. Try and if it's good please let me know. All you need is: 350 gr chocolate (bitter chocolate is prefered) 350 gr butter 6 egg yolke 6 egg whites 200 gr sugar 1) Put the butter and choco' in a ball over a caceroll with hot water to melt them together... -

Hello guinsell, I'm a pastry chef in Israel and i'm a rookie allso in the gluten free thing. BUT basicaly when making bread you should put in the water slowly anyway not just in high altitude places. Usualy you put in 80% of the amount of water wich says in the recipy, try to put a cup and a half and if the dow looks right to you try to bake it. You don... -
