  2. When I accidently eat something with gluten, I reach for my good old Oxy-Powder. So far I only had to use it once since going gluten-free (2 months). I had eaten at a chinese buffet and had terrible constipation, bloating, intestinal rumbling and the most awful gas (I'd clear the room). I took 6 capsules at night and had relief the next morning.   3. I can top all that: My GI orders the Celiac Sprue Panel and then schedules me for a colonoscopy (only). How is that for a good testing combination!? At my follow up visit he told me that it's way too extensive to test for celiac, but, if I feel better from being gluten-free for 12 days now, then it's pretty sure that I have it.
  4. Ok, my problem just resolved itself. No Oxy-Powder for me tonight. I started to put ground flaxseeds in my protein shake (NOW whey protein - gluten-free) every evening for the past three days. I use a coffegrinder and measure two tablespoons of whole flaxseeds, which I grind very fine. Then throw it in the blender with the rest of my shake. I hope that...
  5. I followed the directions on the bottle. After the initial "clean out" I used it every other or third day, depending on how much I ate. I take it before I go to sleep and the results vary for me. Sometimes I wake up 4-5 am and start running to the potty, sometimes I sleep all the way 'til 6:30 am and then start. After a few potty runs it usually stops...
  6. Yes, I have used Oxy-Powder since last summer. It's been a lifesaver for me. I had tried everything from Colonix to the 10 day Master Cleanse, but Oxy-Powder is the only thing that worked for me. I used it initially for a complete cleansing and then every other day for maintenance. I, too, got incredibly constipated before I learned about gluten intolerance...
