I have not been told by my dr. but just by reading, it suggest some corn sryups. So I have been trying to eliminate them. There is so much that contains corn sryup. Sheila

I have been dianosed almost 3 weeks ago with celiac. I am trying to figure all this out. I am confused about the corn syrup. I have read that some are ok, How do I know which are? Also, I seem to experience a skin rash after I eat gluten by mistake, is this caused by the gluten? Thanks Sheila
