  1. Hi there, Has anyone been able to find out if Sysco brand bacon is gluten free. Sysco bacon is common in many restaurants all over the US and perhaps in other countries too. I haven't been able to find a corporate customer service line that can answer this question. Let me know if you've researched this question. thanks much, Laura
  2. Hi, I bought the Breaking the Viscious Cycle book a few weeks ago, but I'm not convinced it's friendly to irritable bowel people, especially those like me who have severe severe constiptation. I have trouble with nuts, for example, and fats in general. So I'm not doing. Maybe I should try it without the nuts.

  4. Also, popcorn at the movies or at a sporting event is laden with that fake yellow butter, which has dyes and maybe wheat derivatives. So it might not be the popcorn, but what's on it. Also, popcorn is generally much harder to digest than corn meal or corn flour.
