  3. I ate gluten free bread and had a bad reaction (feeling glutened, which for me is turning into a senile zombie, unable to think etc..). I later look at the list of ingredients (I should have done this *before* eating!), and I find that this bread contains psyllium husk. I've had no issue with other gluten free breads. My issue with Psyllium Husk...
  4. I took two "health4all" psyllium husk 550mg and I had a bad reaction. I took them with a lot of water, before food. Didn't eat anything I haven't eaten before so my reaction can't come from the food.
