I have some Johnsonville brats in the fridge and was looking at the ingredients and the only thing I see that would have gluten is the msg (monosodium glutamate). Is this gluten? Also, are the brats gluten-free? I'm still very new at this so I'm sure I miss ingredients that are gluten that don't send up and red flags for me. Thakns in advance

Ds is a little over 3y, some food allergies (dairy, casein, mult. nuts), has never had solid bm and has blood dripping from anus while pooping. He had an ultrasound and CT scan a couple days ago and I got the results today. His liver is on the big side (doc doesn't know why) but his colon is very big. Very open. We got results back of blood test and they were negative. Doc said there is 15% chance of false neg. So he's doing another test he had to get a special kit for that is more specific for celiac and said that there is <5% chance of false neg with this one.
