i just jioned this message board and was reading your post it was a long time ago but if you still check out the message board i'd like to know if your daughter had any symptoms of celiac. my daughter is 6 she was diagnosed with diabetes at age 4 and celiac over a year ago. she had no symptoms. i was wondering if you have a hard time with carb counting gluten...
