I have been gluten-free since diagnosed as coeliac in July 2004. One year on a follow up gastroscopy showed only partial healing. I continue to have D. Sometimes I am fine for up to a month or so and then for no reason I can fathom I am bad again. Specialist says he would have said I have IBS except that gatroscopy still shows coeliac damage. Apparently...
