I bought frosted flakes (their store brand) a month or two ago from Whole Foods. I often eat a whole box a day due to being lazy. I noticed that I was having more and more intestinal problems. The last time I went back to whole foods to load up as I usually do every two weeks, I noticed a 3 inch by 5 inch card saying that their frosted flakes are not gluten...
