I see - many thanks. You may be right about the lectins/salicylates thing, looking at the lists. Bananas are supposedly salicylates free - but I react badly to those. It may be best for me to avoid all fruit, given that I react to it all, as unfortunate as that may be. Do you recommend avoiding eggs? I'd hesitate to do that, as it would leave me with nothing... -

I'm 17 years old (male in UK) and for the past few years have been suffering from a huge array of problems - tiredness, prostatitis, muscle pain, lack of energy, constipation/ bloating, skin problems, depression and probably more I can't think of right now. I have a stupid amount of food sensitivities. Basically everything I eat, I get some sort of a reaction...
