  2. topic is self explanatory. with no bread, etc... how can i get a good amount of carbs. im liking this atkins thing, cause i can eat a wendys hamburger without a bun. but i can feel my body craving for carbs... ...so my question is, what are good gluten-free foods to eat that will give me a good dose of carbs. ive started to lose weight, and im skinny...
  3. tammy, contacting them and letting them know how you feel is never a bad thing. they are there to serve the people, and they need to know what the people need. i say, write or call as soon as you can.

  6. hey everyone... i dunno what to say. i guess i just need to vent. my gluten-free of 10 months just broke up with me because she "doesnt want to deal with whatever i have" yeah... she was a great gluten-free i guess it was inevitable... if she left me for this it was most likely an excuse for other things. but i dunno... i thought things were going...

  8. just a quick question... what cooking oils are gluten-free? i saw on the list here that canola oil is safe, but what about olive, vegtable, etc. i used to cook with the basic crisco vegtable oil (sue me... im a single bachelor hehe) ive looked at some other resources, and i cant find an answer (yes or no) about cooking oils. thanks

  10. ive seen alot of messages here from people about the ages they were diagnosed with celiac. couple questions... - is it genetic? - can someone develop it later in life (im 23 and was just diagnosed a few days ago), does this mean ive had it my whole life? up until a few months ago i never had any stomach or GI issues. but reading some of...
