Thanks for all the responses. I attended the local celiac/gluten intolerance support group last night with my wife and their responses were mostly along the same lines as all of yours. One woman pointed out that one reason to have a definite diagnosis is for that day in the future when you start thinking - well maybe it's not a celiac/gluten problem... -
